Shipping

We ship via UPS or USPS within the United States. Sorry, we cannot accommodate international shipping at this time!

Most parcels will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and usually arrive within 5 business days from the ship date. 

 

Return Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase at Matrushka Toys and Gifts! 

Matrushka will accept returns of unopened/unused items, in original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt for store credit or a refund within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total.

Please contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization or if you have any questions. Return shipping, including proper packaging and insurance, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Matrushka Toys and Gifts is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit on return.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process a store credit or refund to the original form of payment.

Please do not return anything without prior authorization. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

*Please note that facial masks, sale items and special orders are final sales, and not eligible for returns.

Gifts

If goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
